LOTD: Darling Girl Cosmetics’ Peaches Holo-Gloss

I wish everyday were peaches and cream days 🙂 Just saying.

Here’s Darling Girl Cosmetics’ Peaches Holo-Gloss on my lips today, in formula 1. Layered on very thickly for the colour to show.

Peaches is a sheer metallic peach shimmer with copper and red all natural glitter. (Warm/Neutral)

Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Bee’s Wax,Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer, Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer,

Both formulas also contain: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate, Tin Oxide and Silica.

Peaches Holo Gloss

Retails at USD$4.25 for a 3.5 ml sponge tip applicator tube and available here.

I find the Peaches Holo-Gloss in formula 1 to last slightly longer on my lips than the 24K Rose Liquid Kiss in formula 2, although I much prefer the finish and feel of the latter. Peaches looks slightly frosty when layered on thick, but can look very natural too, with just a couple of layers.

Rating out of 10
 Price: 8 (USD$4.25 for a 3.5 ml tube.)
Quality: 8.75 (I like how this can go from sheer to much more pigmented. Decent staying power for a liquid gloss.)
Packaging: 8 (Small, handy 3.5 ml tube with a sponge tip applicator. I’d like to see a water- and rub-proof label though, along with ingredients listed on the label)
Ease of usage: 9 (lovely sheer shade that’s hard to go wrong with. Goes on in smooth layers)
Overall score:  8.4
