Meet My Harry Potter Eye Drops: Similasan Computer Eye Relief

That was exactly what struck me when I opened up the box to get the bottle out. Harry Potter Eye Drops 😛

Similasan Computer Eye Relief Eye Drops (do you see the resemblance too? :P)

Retails at an RRP of US$12.87 for just 10ml, but slightly cheaper from online retailers. I got this as my usual brand of homeopathic eye drops were out of stock.

(above blurb taken off iHerb – use my referral code “UKE525” to get USD$5 off your first iHerb order)

It comes in a glass bottle with a dropper. So there’s no way you can confuse this with your essential oils.

Because you have to squeeze the dropper part (which is rubber) to dispense drops into your eyes. I do like it as it helps with a very precise drop right into your eyes and not all over your eye makeup. Of course, if you don’t have eyes as small as mine, that doesn’t matter.

Efficacy wise it does bring relief, but I’m not sure if it works better than other eye drops. But I do buy the fancy homeopathic claims because I want to 😉

Rating out of 10
Price: 6 (Pretty pricey as eye drops go, even homeopathic ones. Plus, it’s just 10 ml.)
Quality: 7
Packaging: 10 (full points because it’s so cute and effective with the most precise of applications! Ok, marks for novelty to me at least.)
Ease of usage: 9 (You have to fumble with the pointy cap and squeeze the rubber dropper neck.)
Overall score: 8

(Note that I’m not exactly a Harry Potter fan and I do find the usage of Harry Potter on bags, hats, caps and other related merchandise tacky.)
